21 Day Connection Adventure for
Highly Awesome Women

Do you find yourself wishing you understood your sensitivities better, and you are tired of trying to explain them to others so they will accept you?

Do you have a hard time supporting your child in their high sensitivity, and recognize similarities in them to your experience growing up?

Are you ready to learn new tools and techniques that will make your life easier, more enjoyable, and FUN?

There are THREE Parts to this 21 Day Adventure

Part One: Physical

In this week of the series, we are going to connect with tools that we can use in our physical experience to help us stay grounded and remain in touch with what gifts we have to share with the world. Breathing techniques, creating sacred space, dance parties, and MORE!

Part Three: Energetic

The energetic is the all encompassing level of this adventure. We learn that it really is ALL energy, and how we can manage our energetic boundaries so that we are not bogged down with things we have taken on from others that don't belong to us. In this part of the series, we are stepping more fully into our power with strength, courage, and our own stuff!

Part Two: Emotional

This second week is an opportunity to dive in to each chakra a little deeper than what we did on the physical level. We will explore the emotional experience of the seven chakras and learn tools to use when we are feeling overwhelmed, upset, angry, sad, and even AWESOME, so that we can release what no longer serves us and embrace more of what we want to call in to our lives.

Bonus Part Four: Free Webinar

At the end of this 21 Day Adventure, you will have the opportunity to jump into a live call with Erin Stephanie and ask any question you might have. Erin will be leading the call through 3 of the main keys she has found most beneficial to her clients and their Highly Awesome Children.

What People Are Saying...

"I love the exercises for moms and kids.  They really do fit well for my intense kiddo - he quite enjoys them.

We’ve been having so many spontaneous conversations lately - it's so lovely to connect with him and hear him.  One thing that has been great - is hearing my mom talk about how I was quirky as a kid - and sensitive.  Stuff she couldn't deal with back then I guess - she talks about openly now. It's nice to feel validated, and I believe that it's because of my son that she now sees me in a different light".

"I am VERY grateful that everything aligned so well for me and that I connected with you just at the right time at the right place.

E is doing so well!  My husband and I were talking last night at how amazingly proud we are at him.  He is able to be grounded - FEELING the ground on his feet.  He is able to use his voice incredibly clearly. More than once he told us that he needed space to process and center.  We let him go where he needs to go, calm down and come back to his wise self.  He apparently has been doing the same at camp.  I am so so relieved at that.

"That was awesome.  I feel...not alone...like someone understands...and like this (a positive loving generative affectionate relationship) with my child is possible AND achievable!!

THANKS!!"
